Helga’s Year in Review:  Helga thanked all members of the club.  Everyone is always willing to chip in, no matter  how big or small the task may be.  The “group” makes it happen, not one person.  Everyone is committed to this club.  This was a very enlightening year with highs and lows.  We all must go on, achieve and work towards results.  She also thanked the spouses and significant others of the members who support us.  It has been a great experience.  It isn’t an easy job but very rewarding!

Discharge of 2008/2009 Director’s and Officers; Induction of 2009/2010 Director’s and Officers.

Tina’s Year Ahead:  Tina noted that some might think she has “lost her marbles” by agreeing to be President a second term but she doesn’t look at it that way.  There is a place in her heart for Kiwanis and she would not want to be in any other club.  She has enjoyed her other roles in Kiwanis such as Key Club (as their advisor for many years).  She fondly remembers families we have helped and children’s lives we have changed.  She firmly believes in the Kiwanis mission of changing the world one child and one community at a time.  She challenged everyone to think of one thing that can do to help change our club in the upcoming year.  Whether it be getting more involved, attending more meetings or helping recruit new members.  It is all essential to our success!
